Brigadier General Edwin "Skip" Vincent brings a distinguished military career and a steadfast commitment to service to his role as Chairman and Treasurer of SPAARK. With 37 years of dedicated service in the United States Air Force, including five combat tours, Skip's leadership experience and unwavering dedication to mission success serve as guiding beacons for SPAARK's endeavors.

Skip's military journey, culminating in his retirement as a Brigadier General in 2010, was marked by a relentless pursuit of excellence and a deep-seated belief in the power of collaboration and relationship-building. Throughout his career, he held various command and staff positions at prestigious institutions such as the Pentagon, Hawaiʻi State Headquarters, and in the field, honing his skills in strategic planning, decision-making, and fostering teamwork.Driven by a sense of duty and a desire to make a positive impact beyond the military, Skip founded The Hawaiʻi Pacific Foundation (HPF) as a Native Hawaiian Organization. Guided by his vision and fueled by his passion for helping others, HPF serves as a beacon of hope and opportunity for communities in need.
